As a Kitchen Porter, you play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing equipment, and ensuring the team can focus on creating bold and flavorful meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless and well-organized kitchen environment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen tools to enable chefs to continue cooking without interruption.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when stock is running low.
• Assist with simple food preparation tasks when required.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to protect yourself and fellow team members.
