Role Overview

Ensure the safety, proper functionality, and upkeep of hotel facilities, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. This role encompasses maintenance duties across guest rooms, public areas, and operational zones within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and safeguard the hotel's structural and operational integrity.
• Promptly address guest requests and internal team maintenance orders.
• Carry out repair and upkeep tasks spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry work.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance checks on all facilities and equipment.
• Document all performed inspections and repairs, highlighting any concerns that necessitate further action.
