About the Role

This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek, inclusive of some evenings and weekends. The role provides a base salary of a329,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn an additional quarterly bonus up to a32,000. This bonus potential means you could earn up to a337,000 yearly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform precise home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, documenting all necessary measurements and technical details accurately.
  • Store survey data securely and electronically in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice, clear communication, and delivering high-standard surveys.
  • Contribute to minimizing mistakes and enhancing efficiency to ensure a smooth installation process for customers.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid full UK manual driving license.
  • Exceptional attention to detail focusing on accuracy and quality.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage workloads and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable building strong rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive approach.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Proficient with IT and able to swiftly adapt to new software and technology.

Additional Considerations

  • Employment is contingent upon passing a basic DBS check. Prior convictions do not automatically disqualify candidates; applications are reviewed individually.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience conducting home surveys or measurement appointments.
  • Familiarity with CAD or planning software.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen installation standards and applicable legislation.
  • Ability to review design plans and identify potential installation issues ahead of time.
  • Previous work experience within the kitchen industry.
