Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective and efficient workflow in kitchen tasks at all times.
• Apply basic chemical knowledge required for kitchen operations.
• Understand and manage duties related to plate and pot wash service areas.
• Ensure assigned tasks meet prescribed standards consistently.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards for plate and pot wash zones continuously.
• Regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment to the highest standard.
• Execute routine cleaning duties as per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules under senior chefs' guidance.
• Promote teamwork, foster a positive spirit, and prioritize employee welfare, safety, and growth.
