Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional GAUCHO experience through superior hospitality.
• Represent GAUCHO by consistently demonstrating excellent service adhering to GAUCHO’s service standards.
• Maintain and deepen product knowledge to effectively assist guests with menu selections.
• Support management efforts to maximize revenue by encouraging higher covers and increased average spend per guest.
• Accurately and professionally manage all guest orders.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and organized, following all preparation and closing procedures.
