About the Role
Manha Service Limited is seeking to fill 20 positions for waiters and waitresses to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Both permanent and daily casual opportunities are available. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals, although applicants of other nationalities are also encouraged to apply. This role requires working at various locations across Saudi Arabia, with the primary base in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests upon arrival.
- Deliver personalized and attentive guest services.
- Present menus, offering clear explanations of food and beverage choices.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure timely processing.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain proper table settings, cleanliness, and presentation quality.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain professional appearance, including grooming and uniform standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Assist during VIP services, banquets, events, and special functions.
- Support management in opening, closing, and additional assigned tasks.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Open to candidates at both entry-level and those with prior hospitality experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required for effective communication.
- Smart and presentable demeanor is essential.
