• Collaborate effectively with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional and memorable GAUCHO dining experience through elevated hospitality standards.
• Represent GAUCHO with outstanding service, adhering strictly to the company's service steps and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to confidently guide guests through menu selections.
• Assist management in boosting sales by increasing guest covers and maximizing average spend per customer.
• Ensure accurate and professional handling of all guest orders from receipt to delivery.
