Role Overview
The Keyholder serves as an integral part of the store's daily functioning by overseeing opening and closing protocols to maintain security and operational safety. This role involves leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering respectful, professional interactions with both customers and staff. Building strong customer relationships and addressing their specific needs to ensure satisfaction is a key focus.
Primary Duties
- Open and close the retail location adhering strictly to security and safety guidelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable outcomes.
- Motivate and lead team members via clear communication and the promotion of a supportive workplace atmosphere.
- Maintain meticulous attention to cash handling, managing inventory, and product presentation.
- Independently resolve operational issues adhering to company procedures.
- Showcase efficient multitasking to uphold high service standards within a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Qualifications
Essential:
- Completion of high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Previous retail experience, ideally including supervisory or keyholder responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a dynamic retail setting.
- Knowledge of inventory management software.
- Expertise in managing shifts including scheduling breaks, attendance, and maintaining service quality.

Additional Information
Candidates must have open and adaptable availability to cover all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. The position accommodates a minimum of 32 working hours weekly, with shifts lasting no fewer than 6 hours. This role is the third keyholder slot; therefore, scheduling must complement the availability of existing keyholders.
Compensation Details
The hourly wage ranges from $18.54 to $23.00.
