We are currently seeking a dependable housekeeper to join our team at Mariner's Glen Apartment Homes in Port Orchard, WA.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and dust common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry room, and barbecue areas every morning.
• Prepare coffee and refreshments ready for office opening.
• Conduct weekly cleaning of all model apartments.
• Water outdoor plants near model apartment entrances twice weekly or as needed.
• Clean apartment interiors comprehensively including floors, blinds, switch plates, mirrors, closets, windowsills, and doors.
• In kitchens, clean stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, sinks, countertops, cabinets, and floors.
• In bathrooms, sanitize tiles, shower walls, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Ensure that all make-ready apartments are cleaned promptly and to standard.
• Carry out additional assigned duties or projects without delay.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in housekeeping or a related area.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina for medium to heavy physical labor involving extensive standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and the ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Good hand-eye coordination, including safe ladder and stair use and the ability to follow consistent procedures repetitively.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week.
