Role Summary
Located at the advanced Penrose campus, the Key Account Manager will lead the planning and execution of retail strategies for specific key accounts. This involves managing a dedicated portfolio and ensuring alignment with annual sales goals through emphasis on product placement, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities. The role demands agility to adapt in a dynamic, competitive retail environment meeting customer and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic plans into actionable steps to meet shared business objectives and identify integrated demand generation strategies that boost sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and industry retail trends to align with strategic plans effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet key account requirements.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key accounts, fostering enthusiasm for the Fisher & Paykel and Haier brands and products.
- Proactively understand customer needs, provide strategic support to drive sales, and advocate for brand best practices.
- Utilize sales monitoring tools and performance metrics to maximize sales and capitalize on opportunities with strong financial and analytical expertise.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced sales professional with proven success in expanding and transforming key retail accounts through profitable growth strategies.
- Skilled in developing customer relationship management plans and deeply understanding client needs.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics and sales data to derive insights and make informed business recommendations.
- Possesses strategic thinking capabilities and a strong commercial mindset to improve customer experiences using data-driven insights.
