Role Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle by designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features through agile methodologies.
• Take an active role in managing and operating highly available microservice-based architectures using DevOps practices.
• Integrate and leverage AI technologies to boost team productivity and accelerate feature delivery to customers.
• Approach daily work with adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities, using data-driven methods for quality improvement and rapid skill acquisition.
• Own task execution including feature building, automated test development, and issue analysis while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
• Engage in continuous growth through mentorship and formal training offered by experienced engineering professionals.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science or Software/Electronic Engineering.
• At least four years of proven experience in software development.
• Strong coding skills with a broad understanding of software architecture and enthusiasm for learning new technologies promptly.
• Adept at applying scientific and creative problem-solving strategies to complex challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse collaborative environments, communicating clearly and flexibly.
• Focused on continuous improvement and consistently producing quality outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency or familiarity with programming languages including Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript.
• Experience or interest in data science and artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of Git version control, DevOps methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment systems.
