About the Role
Our client, a reputable financial services company, is seeking a Java Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their technology division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design scalable applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Create and manage RESTful APIs to support various services.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within an Agile methodology.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested codebases.
Candidate Requirements
- Between one and four years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proficient with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
- Experience working with RESTful web services and relational database systems.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and proficiency with Git version control.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in team environments.
- Motivated to continuously learn new technologies and explore different business domains.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Previous exposure to fintech or banking industries is advantageous.
