Java Developer with Azure Expertise

About the Role

Join Infosys Limited as a Java Developer specializing in Azure cloud technologies, based in Bengaluru, India. This role involves collaborating within the consulting team to support various phases of software development projects including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment. You'll engage in research to evaluate alternative technical solutions, develop prototypes, and assist in translating business requirements into detailed functional designs and to-be processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively with the consulting team throughout project lifecycles, including problem-solving and deployment.
• Research and assess alternative solutions through literature review, vendor information, and public sources to build proof of concepts.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive specifications and detailed functional designs.
• Support product configuration, troubleshoot issues by diagnosing root causes, clarify requirements, and propose feasible solution options.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
• Engage with clients to identify business challenges, analyze and structure relevant data to refine deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and demonstrate logical problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological advancements.
• Maintain knowledge in at least one or two industry domains relevant to client needs.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Educational background including Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BSc, BCA, MTech, MSc, or MCA.
• Proficiency in Java technologies across all areas.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and related services.
• Preferred expertise in Java application support and Azure DevOps.
