Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical and product managers to plan and define project goals and activities.
• Design and implement architectural strategies for software solutions.
• Promote team collaboration adhering to best software engineering practices and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and proactive defect prevention.
• Work within small teams to develop well-integrated products rapidly, maintaining thorough documentation and reusable components.
• Operate within Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in Core Java and fundamental design principles.
• Proficient with J2EE technologies including Spring Framework, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful web services and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL.
• Skilled in using documentation and testing tools such as POSTMAN and Swagger.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Basic familiarity with caching systems (e.g., Redis) and search/index platforms like Elastic Search.
• A minimum of 8 years’ software development experience is essential.
