Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store and travel center premises.
• Clean showers and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Manage washing, loading, and unloading of towels for shower facilities.
• Perform routine general maintenance and minor repairs within the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center area.
• Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining high facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to carry out minor repairs.
