Job Overview

Pro Job seeks a dedicated and experienced Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain property grounds and facilities in Ingleside, TX. The suitable candidate will be proactive, teamwork-oriented, and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform morning and evening evaluations of the entire facility.
• Maintain the grounds, amenities, exteriors and interiors of buildings including Clubhouse, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community structures.
• Care for flowerbeds, plants, and grassy areas to ensure prime condition.
• Operate heavy and light equipment safely and efficiently, such as sweepers, mowers, trimming tools, and pressure washers.
• Clean facilities including bathhouses, pool shower blocks, and laundry buildings.
• Assist with managing maintenance inventory as needed.
• Demonstrate competence with general lawn care equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a warm, friendly, and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Be organized and attentive to detail in all duties.
• Have prior experience in groundskeeping or custodial maintenance roles.
• Communicate effectively in oral and written formats.
• Be willing to work evenings or weekends on call during emergencies.
• Pass a background check and drug screening process.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED certification.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
