About the Role
Join Pilot Flying J as a Janitorial Maintenance team member, where each day brings new experiences in a fast-paced travel center environment. This role centers on creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our diverse guests, including professional drivers, commuters, and vacationers. Key Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
- Clean showers and restrooms thoroughly.
- Manage washing, loading, and unloading of shower towels.
- Perform basic general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center.
- Ensure facilities are well-kept to deliver outstanding guest service.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently.
- Effective team player.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a related janitorial or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and capability to troubleshoot minor issues.

- Hourly wage ranging from $15.55 to $19.65.
