Job description
Role Purpose
As a valued member of Checkers & Rally's Corporate Field Operations, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences to our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. Your efforts help position us as the top choice for our Guests by providing enthusiastic service and prompt, standout food offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profits by ensuring high Guest satisfaction.
- Report any Guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
- Recognize and address the needs of Guests effectively.
- Complete cross-training and earn certification in various roles within the restaurant.
- Follow established policies and procedures to maximize satisfaction for both Guests and fellow employees.
- Maintain a safety-focused, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for staff and Guests alike.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in Guest service or food preparation preferred.
- Basic proficiency with math to support daily tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
- High energy level suited to a fast-paced restaurant environment.

- Preferred education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
