Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store and its surroundings.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities regularly.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used in showers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs within the store.
• Collect and dispose of all trash throughout the travel center efficiently.
• Deliver excellent guest service through maintaining well-kept facilities.

Qualifications

Required

• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for most of the workday.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and skill to address minor issues.
