Role Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the store and travel center.
• Thoroughly clean showers and restroom areas to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Handle towel laundering duties, including washing, loading, and unloading towels used in shower areas.
• Conduct routine minor repairs and maintenance tasks within the store premises.
• Collect and dispose of all trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring well-kept and orderly facilities for guests.

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals who can take initiative and work independently.
• Capable of collaborating effectively as a team member.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and to remain standing or walking for the majority of the workday.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience performing similar janitorial or maintenance work is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment with skills to address minor repairs.
