Job Description and Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep throughout the store premises
• Sanitize showers and restroom areas
• Manage washing, loading, and unloading of towels used for showers
• Conduct minor repairs and routine maintenance within the store
• Collect and dispose of trash across the travel center area
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Team player capable of collaborating effectively
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the majority of the shift
• Flexible availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related janitorial or maintenance role
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to address minor repairs
