Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store is maintained consistently.
- Clean showers and restroom facilities thoroughly and regularly.
- Handle washing, loading, and unloading towels used in shower areas.
- Carry out general repair and maintenance tasks within the store premises.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center grounds.
- Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining clean and well-functioning facilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Self-driven individuals with high motivation and initiative.
- Effective team players who collaborate well with others.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a comparable janitorial or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to address minor repairs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay ranges between $15.00 and $21.10 per hour.
