Job Description and Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store premises.
- Clean shower and restroom facilities thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage towels by washing, loading, and unloading for shower services.
- Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center area.
- Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Self-motivated individuals with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of the workday.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and skills to perform minor repairs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay ranges from $17.95 to $22.10 per hour.
