Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay ranges from $15.55 to $19.65 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store and travel center premises
• Clean showers and restroom facilities regularly
• Manage washing, loading, and unloading towels used for showers
• Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance tasks in the store
• Collect and dispose of all trash around the travel center property
• Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining clean and well-kept facilities

Qualifications

• Self-driven with a strong motivation to start and complete tasks
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team
• Physically able to lift weights up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing
• Flexible to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: Experience in a comparable janitorial or maintenance role
• Preferred: Familiarity with industrial equipment and basic repair skills
