Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $11.85 to $17.25

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the store and facilities clean and orderly
• Clean showers and restrooms thoroughly
• Manage towels for showers by washing, loading, and unloading
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance within the store
• Pickup and properly dispose of trash in the travel center area
• Deliver high-quality guest service through well-maintained facilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Team player with cooperative attitude
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for extended periods
• Adaptable schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Previous experience in similar janitorial or maintenance roles
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and minor repair skills
