Job Details

• Full-time evening shifts
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Hourly wage of $14
• Weekly payment

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all floor types through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment according to safety procedures to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entryways
• Empty trash containers and manage disposal properly, including use of compactors for suitable materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with the right products and tools
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper goods and sanitary items as needed
• Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Carry out additional duties according to client requirements or scope of work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months janitorial experience
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Attention to detail
• On-the-job training provided

Preferred Experience

• Previous janitorial or cleaning work
• Familiarity with custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance of facilities
