Position Summary
We are actively searching for a skilled IT Recruiter to efficiently leverage our pool of pre-screened candidates and staff active IT projects. The position bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition by managing candidate analysis, presentation, and the client-focused vetting process. This role prioritizes timely staffing and optimizing revenue generation with an emphasis on analytical thinking, process orientation, and teamwork. Proficiency in English communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fill open positions by selecting suitable candidates and adhering to deadlines.
- Screen and filter candidate pipelines based on predefined criteria and guidelines.
- Prepare candidate summaries and revise resumes to enhance presentation quality.
- Maintain continuous communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in IT recruitment and technical talent acquisition.
- Capability to adapt and thrive in a high-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills with an aptitude for effectively presenting candidates.
- Desirable: prior IT sector knowledge or a technical background.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
