Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic iOS Software Engineer to join our Growth team based in Singapore. This role involves collaborating with a diverse, international group of professionals to innovate throughout the entire customer experience. The focus is to develop user-facing applications that help increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a subject matter expert within your assigned vertical, actively engaging in all stages of the software development life cycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and release.
• Take ownership of product areas within your vertical, driving enhancements and maintaining quality over time.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to improve system robustness and scalability.
• Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous peer reviews aligned with team standards.
• Work closely with Product Management to maximize value delivery to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, ensuring clear explanation of technical topics and project scopes.
• Proficient in Swift programming language with extensive hands-on experience in mobile app development.
• Experience in conducting performance testing and optimizing applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns such as SOLID principles, MVVM, and VIPER.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable, high-performance applications that support tens of thousands to millions of active users.
• Experience setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven track record through full engagement in the software development life cycle, from initial design through deployment and release.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in mobile software development.
