Inventory Reporting & Analytics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Inventory Reporting & Analytics Coordinator to enhance our reporting capabilities in Doha. This position focuses on converting inventory data into insightful reports and dashboards that assist various departments such as Inventory, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Management in making informed decisions. This role is centered on analytics and business intelligence rather than warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
• Manage and update the Executive Inventory Dashboard ensuring KPI accuracy.
• Conduct detailed analyses of inventory performance, stock movements, and trends.
• Track metrics including inventory turnover, sell-through rates, stock aging, and overall inventory condition.
• Prepare reports tailored to Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Website, and Management teams.
• Develop and sustain reporting dashboards utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation before report distribution.
• Identify inventory issues such as slow-moving, dead stock, overstock, and insufficient stock levels.
• Assist with demand planning and replenishment strategies using inventory analytics.
• Create product, category, and brand performance analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the inventory team to enhance data quality and streamline reporting workflows.
• Drive ongoing improvements in reporting automation and dashboard usability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, inventory management, supply chain, or finance-related analytical roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas, and charting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience producing professional-standard reports and dashboards.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Preferred experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable dashboard software.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors is a plus.
