About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory planning efforts under general supervision to ensure smooth coordination between supply chain and operational processes for one or multiple product service lines (PSLs).
- Collect and analyze business forecasts from PSLs and Business Development teams to implement inventory plans aligned with PSL demand, targeting optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee planning activities such as evaluating forecasts and replenishment suggestions generated by inventory management tools, conduct inventory planning meetings, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Provide mentorship and training to Material Control Specialists and occasionally lead small teams or project groups.
- Bear direct responsibility for meeting the financial objectives and targets of the business segment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum attainment of a two-year degree; preferably a four-year bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering/applied mathematics, finance/accounting, or business disciplines.
- Either six years of experience in materials management encompassing procurement or logistics roles or a four-year degree plus at least two years of relevant work experience is required.
- Possess strong computer proficiency alongside analytical capabilities essential for problem resolution.
