Service Supervisor III - Cementing

About the Role

Join a leading global company providing products and services to the energy sector. This role involves coordinating and overseeing cementing operations at well sites, particularly managing complex, risky, or high-profile projects while ensuring excellent service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cementing service line tasks under general guidance, including sales, job planning, execution, and post-job activities.
• Cross-train and actively engage in multiple product service lines.
• Plan operations by instructing crews, managing equipment use, and resolving disputes within authorized limits.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality job performance and oversee service operators' activities.
• Manage equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations related to the job at the well site.
• Lead and evaluate performance of site crews consisting of both company and non-company personnel, providing training to elevate operator skills.
• Handle budget-related responsibilities or directly influence revenue and service quality via personal contributions.
• Promote safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and demonstrate proficiency operating and maintaining standard equipment and tools used in cementing services.
• Possess in-depth expertise within the cementing service line and a broad understanding of other service areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as Service Supervisor-Cementing, II or equivalent role.
• Licensing to operate commercial vehicles may be necessary.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in oilfield operations.
• Meeting the required developmental standards for this job classification.
