Service Operator I-Slickline

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Service Supervisor during all phases of slickline service delivery including equipment preparation, service execution at the well site, and post-service activities such as equipment cleaning, repair, and mobilization.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing well pressure control equipment for upcoming assignments.
• Follow prescribed process documentation and adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies in all job aspects.
• Effectively follow written and verbal instructions and communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure successful job completion.
• Work collaboratively as a team member and demonstrate basic mathematical skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Apply basic reading, comprehension, and writing skills; computer literacy is preferred.
• Develop general and in-depth knowledge of slickline tools and services, including operation and maintenance of well pressure control equipment and slickline units (engine, drive train, hydraulics) with an aim to progress towards a Service Specialist role.

The position is based at Khalifa Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time role within the Operations job family, specifically in the Wireline and Perforating product service line. Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience.
