About the Role
Righto Services Private Limited is seeking an International Chat Support Executive based in Mohali. This position involves providing customer assistance through international chat channels, requiring excellent communication skills and experience within international BPO environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver support to customers via international live chat platforms effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members during rotational shifts.
Requirements
- Possess documented experience of 6 months to 1 year in international BPO or chat support roles.
- Preferably have prior experience specifically in chat process operations.
- Exhibit language proficiency at levels B2 to C1 in communication.
- Applicants should at minimum be undergraduates or graduates.
- Should be available to join immediately preferred.
Work Details and Compensation
- Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, India.
- Salary range: Up to ₹30,000 CTC depending on experience and previous salary.
- Work schedule includes rotational evening, night, and graveyard shifts.
- Five working days per week with rotational weekly offs.
- Office-based role requiring presence at the workplace.
