Job description
Role Summary
We are currently seeking Customer Support Executives for an international chat process focusing on e-commerce seller support. This position is based in Pune at our office and offers up to ₹32,500 per month in base compensation plus additional performance incentives. The work schedule involves rotational shifts with 5.5 working days per week. A company-provided cab facility is also available for employees. Both undergraduate and graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- At least one year of experience in international voice and chat support processes.
- Proven experience specifically in seller support roles across any industry or domain.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Excellent customer service aptitude coupled with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Open to candidates who have completed undergraduate or graduate studies.
