Job Location and Process Details

This role is based in Malad, Mumbai, within a banking voice process focusing on Claims, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), and Fraud Management.

Working Hours

The job involves working in 24/7 rotational shifts with a schedule of 5 working days and 2 rotational days off each week.

Eligibility and Salary Structure

• Graduates or freshers applying for Claims or FCC roles are eligible for a monthly salary of 30000.
• Candidates with a Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass) must have at least six months of relevant work experience and will receive a salary of 35000 per month.
• For the Fraud Management track, applicants need a minimum of one year of experience in an international BPO setting and can expect a monthly pay of 34000.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Communicate proficiently in English, both spoken and written, to handle global financial transactions effectively.
• Address customer inquiries related to international banking, FCC, claims processing, and fraud management activities.
• Evaluate transaction issues, assess risk elements, and ensure adherence to banking regulatory and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in a demanding 24/7 rotational shift environment with rotating days off.
