Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an IMS Coordinator responsible for supporting the deployment and upkeep of the company's Integrated Management System.
Key Duties
- Oversee documentation management including IMS procedures, records, registers, and controlled files.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO standards 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Organize both internal and external audits and track resolution of any corrective measures.
- Keep comprehensive records related to risks, key performance indicators, nonconformance reports/corrective action requests, trainings, legal requirements, and management review activities.
- Liaise with various departments and projects to guarantee complete IMS documentation and supporting evidence.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in IMS/QHSE roles, ideally within the UAE construction sector.
- Strong familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Certification as an Internal Auditor is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in documentation and coordination.
