Role Location and Hours

This position is based at Radius Matua, 124 Levers Rd, Matua, Tauranga. It requires a commitment of 40 hours per week working onsite.

Job Overview

The Quality Coordinator will support the care home manager in maintaining the continuous quality improvement programme, ensuring compliance with Health and Disability Safety Standard 8134.2008.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate quality assurance meetings.
• Manage the internal audit programme, including delegation of audit tasks appropriately.
• Analyze completed internal audits thoroughly.
• Formulate and implement corrective action plans collaboratively with the care home manager.
• Engage actively in initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
• Commit to excellence and continual enhancement in all responsibilities.
• Contribute to staff meetings and committee activities as needed.
