Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Domain Consultant specializing in Identity Security to join our Singapore Idira team. This role involves being the subject matter expert in identity security for our key enterprise clients in Singapore, blending deep technical expertise with a strong commercial acumen to architect and validate complex identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee detailed technical aspects of pre-sales engagements within Singapore enterprise accounts, ensuring thorough execution.
• Take ownership of proof-of-concept activities by hands-on delivery to illustrate the technical advantages of Idira’s solutions in complex client settings.
• Maintain authoritative expertise in Idira’s products, along with keeping abreast of developments in identity security and zero-trust frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and product management teams, acting as the primary technical identity resource during client evaluations.
• Manage sophisticated technical assessments and promptly resolve any escalated technical issues.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly through persuasive presentations tailored to a broad range of stakeholders including security professionals and CISOs.
• Channel feedback from Singapore enterprise clients to inform and influence product strategy and enhancements.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Serve as an identity security expert and evangelist at conferences, partner events, and trade shows in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of professional experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or systems engineering within high-tech enterprise environments, preferably with Singapore clients.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and explaining identity security, access management, and cloud identity solutions that address complex business needs.
• Possession of valid cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect.
• Extensive understanding of LDAP directories, enterprise authentication techniques, security frameworks, and associated compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with authentication integration technologies including .NET, Java, and CLI tools.
