Role Summary

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs Manager for JAPAC plays a pivotal role in executing high-impact commercial strategies through scalable programs. Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial initiatives — such as competitive displacement and SaaS modernization — this position ensures program designs, incentives, and governance align with revenue objectives. Partnering closely with JAPAC sales leadership and cross-functional teams, the manager ensures regional program localization, operational efficiency, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete delivery and continuous refinement of GTM programs across the JAPAC region, driving measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Design and implement regional go-to-market levers including tailored incentives, customer offers, and targeted account strategies to boost seller engagement and win rates.
  • Deploy value-focused sales frameworks, mandate Account Strategy Reviews, and collaborate with sales leaders to accelerate complex, high-value deals.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics, product usage data, and market insights to pinpoint high-potential accounts and guide sales workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, managing regional program reporting and governance to translate data into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Customize global GTM frameworks to accommodate cultural and operational differences within JAPAC markets, ensuring seamless execution across direct sales, specialists, and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years in SaaS or technology sectors focusing on GTM strategy, sales operations, enablement, or strategic program execution.
  • Intimate knowledge of the JAPAC enterprise software landscape including market dynamics, sales cycles, and compensation models within matrixed organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with direct experience in AI-driven analytics, data integration, and intelligence tools to convert complex metrics into strategic insights.
  • A results-driven strategic mindset adept at enabling sales organizations to progress towards future business models.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, successfully influencing senior leaders and executives without formal authority.
  • Energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial_self-starter who thrives in team collaboration and adapts to ambiguous, innovative environments.
