Role Overview

The Senior Solution Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in OneStream technology and is responsible for leading intricate and customized product demonstrations and solution presentations. This position plays a crucial role within the Presales team by translating diverse customer requirements into validated solution architectures and compelling proof-of-concept presentations aimed at expediting sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate sales by delivering flawless standard and customized product demonstrations to mid-level and executive financial stakeholders.
• Provide assistance to prospective clients to ensure their satisfaction with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and support junior sales consultants, sales development teams, and representatives through knowledge sharing.
• Convert complex customer challenges into engaging proof-of-concept presentations.
• Design and deliver high-quality OneStream demonstrations highlighting advanced functionalities, benefits, and product roadmap.
• Recommend optimal solutions tailored to customer needs and clearly communicate OneStream’s value proposition.
• Maintain accuracy and effectiveness of standard demo environments and materials.
• Present clearly and persuasively to build trust with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field or experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry, including roles in technical presales or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with CPM tools such as OneStream or comparable platforms.
• Background knowledge in finance, accounting, business analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong communication skills including confident public speaking and leading technical discussions.
• Capability to rapidly assess customer environments and identify potential use cases.
• Experience supporting customers in evaluating CPM or related solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Preferred Experience

• Over 6 years of experience in database management involving building and deploying applications.

• Familiarity with OneStream or equivalent CPM solutions and associated technologies.
• Basic knowledge in database management and cloud solutions.

Compensation & Legal

The total compensation package is based on individual experience, skills, and location and is derived from objective, role-related criteria. Additional variable pay and benefits may be provided. The gross annual base salary ranges from 312000 to 405000 AED. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the UAE without sponsorship.
