Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Contribute as a key member in preparing competitive tenders and detailed estimates for pre-design or design & build projects.
• Participate in pre- and post-tender interviews.
• Obtain and verify specialist sub-contractor quotations.
• Ensure that quotations from sub-contractors meet the project specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs from tender drawings and calculate labor rates.
• Collaborate closely with site project managers and suppliers.
• Perform additional duties pertinent to the estimation function.

Candidate Profile and Essential Qualifications

• Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
• Understanding of measurement techniques and cost/valuation reconciliation concepts.
• Computer proficiency in relevant estimating software.
• Full training on estimation through company-arranged courses will be provided.

• Suitable for skilled tradespeople looking to transition into an office-based estimation role.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Background experience in construction, electrical, or ICT sectors.
• Competent in Windows and MS Office applications.
