Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with all project controls team members.
  • Analyze company-wide figures and generate summary reports for the Executive Management team.
  • Review monthly data provided by project teams.
  • Support quarterly revenue and profit forecasting.
  • Manage and distribute monthly output reports to executive leadership.
  • Prepare key files ahead of new reporting months.
  • Administer internal platforms including managing user access, adding projects, and extracting reports.
  • Produce weekly and monthly cost reports as required by different teams and business units.
  • Maintain communication with various business units.
  • Ensure adherence to all cost control procedures on projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of three years' experience in cost control or commercial administration roles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of handling a high workload efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI.
  • Background in construction or engineering industries considered an asset.
  • Commitment to high accuracy and meticulous work.
