About the Role
Libera Consultants is collaborating with a prominent Saudi Arabian organization to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role aims to foster operational excellence by working closely with business leaders to advance people-centric initiatives. It is a confidential and hands-on position designed for an HR professional eager to expand their business partnering skills and support operational leaders within a vibrant and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with Operations Managers, providing both strategic guidance and practical HR support.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, guaranteeing high-quality delivery of HR services.
- Supervise daily HR operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
- Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and workforce-related matters effectively.
- Assist with comprehensive talent acquisition processes and strategic workforce planning.
- Promote HR process enhancements and maximize the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Oversee departmental budget management and assist with resource planning initiatives.
- Influence key stakeholders by offering HR expertise aligned with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous development of HR strategies, policies, and people-oriented initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Supervisor with roughly three or more years managing HR teams.
- A robust operational HR foundation with diverse generalist exposure across HR functions.
- Demonstrated skills in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR Services.
- Experience managing HR budgets and supporting decision-making at the business level.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities.
- A proactive, hands-on individual comfortable thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Desire to transition into a broader HR Business Partner role with greater strategic influence.
- Industries such as industrial, engineering, manufacturing, drilling, oil & gas, or related sectors experience is highly valued.
