Human Resource Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team at a premium motorcycle dealership located in Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi. This is a full-time position focusing on managing HR functions tailored to the automobile retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment processes for showroom sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and support personnel.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and ensuring workplace discipline.
• Define sales targets and service Key Performance Indicators, while closely monitoring the performance of the staff.
• Coordinate training programs including product knowledge, soft skills development, and technical workshops.
• Oversee payroll functions, attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and incentive distribution.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, dealership standard operating procedures, and manufacturer HR guidelines.
• Plan workforce needs based on seasonal fluctuations and service demands.
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards within both the showroom and workshop.

Qualifications and Experience

• A postgraduate degree such as MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Between two to five years of professional experience in HR, preferably within the automobile or retail sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, payroll management, and labor law compliance.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams across sales, service, and administrative functions.

Compensation and Work Environment

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000, complemented with performance-based incentives.
