Job description
Job Overview
The Human Resources Associate will oversee daily HR operations in line with Saudi labor regulations, handling recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycles to ensure prompt hiring aligned with organizational requirements.
- Design and implement sourcing approaches to fulfill Saudization (Nitaqat) standards.
- Handle all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract management, transfers, and exit processes, compliant with Saudi Labor Law.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records to support audits and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage HR operations via governmental platforms, ensuring timely and accurate employee data processing.
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs like salary updates and employee information, assist with benefits administration, prepare final settlements, and guarantee punctual payments.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, resolving inquiries, handling grievances, and facilitating disciplinary procedures.
- Generate monthly attendance reports and oversee the employee leave schedule.
- Work alongside the Regional HR team on annual performance appraisals, headcount management, HR budgeting, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports analyzing metrics such as headcount, turnover rates, and Saudization compliance monthly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between two to five years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Experience collaborating with regional offices across various locations is advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with Qiwa and GOSI governmental HR systems.
- Willingness to represent HR at external meetings when necessary.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High importance placed on confidentiality, precision, and meticulousness.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
