Job Responsibilities

• Lead all human resource functions at the Dharwad manufacturing plant, including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, and HR operations across the shop floor.
• Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Supervise payroll processing, compensation administration, performance management, and enforce HR policies.
• Enhance employee retention, attendance, productivity, and overall engagement.
• Establish HR systems, reporting mechanisms, and controls over workforce costs.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 7 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally within automotive or engineering manufacturing environments.
• Have at least 5 years holding senior leadership responsibilities in HR.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of labor legislation, industrial relations, and plant HR management.
• Hold an MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources.
• Exhibit strong leadership, effective communication, and solid problem-solving abilities.

• Eligibility: Open to any graduate.
• Salary Range: INR 500,000 to 850,000 per annum.
