About the Role
Are you enthusiastic about launching a career in human resources with a vibrant technology company? Team Computers Private Limited is seeking a motivated HR Trainee to become part of our team. This role offers a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic setting while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions including operations, employee engagement, relations, onboarding, and effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in executing orientation programs for newly hired staff and support the onboarding process.
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping organize team activities and recognition events.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee documentation and benefits management.
- Help manage employee relations by providing guidance and resolving workplace conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors to foster a healthy work environment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and leadership to align on HR goals and projects.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Fresh MBA graduates with a keen interest in the human resources domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed.
