Junior Telecaller - Fresher

Role Overview

This is an entry-level telecalling position focused on managing inbound calls, particularly related to animal welfare, rescue, and assistance inquiries. The role requires maintaining detailed and accurate records of communications and generating basic reports while delivering courteous and professional service to every caller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls addressing queries and concerns from callers.
• Handle calls specifically related to animal welfare, support, and rescue operations.
• Maintain precise records of call details, complaints, and requests for future reference.
• Prepare and update daily call logs and simple MIS reports.
• Ensure interactions are respectful and professional at all times.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must be based in Delhi. The position welcomes fresh graduates from any discipline, requiring no prior professional experience but good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Experience ranging from none to one year in helpdesk, customer support, telecalling, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong listening skills coupled with effective coordination and problem-solving aptitude.
• Availability and adaptability to work night shifts.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with callers.

Compensation and Other Details

The annual package ranges between INR 2,00,000 and INR 2,50,000. Immediate joining is preferred.
