Human Resources Coordinator

Position Overview

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Head Office team in Dubai. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates aiming to launch and grow their career in human resources within the fast-paced hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

The coordinator will handle daily HR activities, including employee relations, organizing and maintaining employment records, facilitating visa procedures, coordinating payroll and WPS payments, and general HR administrative duties. Coordination will occur through close collaboration with venue general managers.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of HR experience working in the UAE, particularly within hospitality or hotel settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing employment lifecycle activities, employee relations, and contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law, and immigration/visa regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll processes including Work Permit System (WPS).
• Hands-on experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation practices.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
