Role Summary
Positioned in Milton Keynes, this Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role is pivotal in partnering with JD.com's logistics division's leadership. The focus is on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, nurturing talent development, and promoting a high-performing culture to support expanding operations across Germany and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with logistics leadership to grasp business priorities and deliver strategic HR services that elevate organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent management including performance appraisals, succession planning, and leadership growth initiatives.
- Create and execute recruitment plans tailored to staffing demands within German logistic operations.
- Oversee employee relations to maintain a positive workplace, addressing performance or conduct issues aligned with local legislation.
- Champion organizational change efforts that resonate with JD.com's global ambitions.
- Provide counsel on compensation, benefits, and policy compliance adhering to German labor regulations.
- Leverage HR analytics to refine and enhance HR programs continuously.
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and diversity throughout the workforce.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Proficient in English communication with strong negotiation aptitude.
- Well-versed in the operational intricacies and talent requisites of logistics or supply chain industries.
- Experienced in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at various organization levels.
- Knowledgeable about UK employment laws and HR best practices.
